Athlete’s Of The Month For February 2017 – Anthony and Catherine Bell
Talk about a power couple here at Vitality! Catherine has already put a number of our RX men on notice with her aerobic capacity. Once she gets some more time to develop some of the more complex movements in CrossFit, she is going to be a beast. Anthony has shown how efficient CrossFit can be when you focus on form first. He has taken the past 3 months and kept his loads lighter and because of this, has learned how to move correctly and now is making huge jumps in his fitness level every week.
I have always said that being able to workout with your spouse is one of the greatest advantages I have seen with members here at Vitality. It gives you some common ground and allows you to do something together but still have the space to go at your own pace/speed. Anthony and Catherine are a perfect example of this. Can’t wait to see what the next year has in store for these two!
