BB Complex Warm-Up

Hey guys, here is the BB Complex that many of you were asking about. There are a hundred different versions of this and many things you can add to help with movements you may need more work on. For me, this is what I do everyday as part of my mobility and general warm-up. I use a Barbell but would recommend you do this with a PVC for a few weeks before moving onto the barbell. Make sure you have perfect form before going to the barbell. You can't expect to do these movements correctly under load if you cannot perform them correctly with PVC. Make time for mobility/warm-up, if not, be prepared for the consequences. Let me know if you have any questions!
