It is awesome to see how CrossFit continues to evolve. I still remember the first time I met Lou after opening Vitality. He was getting back into training after a layoff due to an ankle injury. His first workout here he struggled with 20" box jumps and had to scale to the blocks. He picked things up quickly and was very hungry to improve....and improve he did. After the regionals in 2011, he made it clear that his goal was to be part of the Vitality Team in 2012. He did just that and was a great addition to Team Vitality. Liz had a similar story with amazing improvements throughout her time CrossFitting but chooses to join the 99% of the rest of CrossFitters who want to enjoy the workouts and results but avoid the stress of competing. They are both great people and I wasn't surprised at all when they chose to pursue CrossFit as a career. They have opened up their own box in Concord, off of Action Drive and I am anxious to see where this path will take them. Good luck guys!
